§ Mr. WaddingtonThe group of North Koreans were refused leave to enter because they arrived without the requisite visas, applications for which had been refused on 5 October. No representations were received before their removal other than from the secretary of BAGA who, according to the group's interpreter, had advised them to travel despite the absence of visas.
