§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Health and Social Services if he will provide additional funds to support employers who are not carrying out their general duties under section 2 of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974; and if he is satisfied that there are sufficient resources to ensure the widespread adherence to and compliance with this legislation.
