§ Mr. Allan StewartNeither my right hon. Friend nor I have any specific plans to do so at present. The industry department for Scotland receives regular reports on progress on the agency's plans for the St. Enoch site. Discussions with potential private developers for the site are proceeding and an announcement about the project will be made in due course.
