§ Mr. MacGregorSome 4,826 producers in England and Wales expressed an interest in becoming outgoers and the 1,186 million litres which they offered to surrender accounts for almost 9¼ per cent. of the total quota for England and Wales. The aim of the Scheme is to take in 2¼ per cent. of quota.
