Mr. Gordon Brown

asked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will publish an analysis of changes in civilian manpower in the royal ordnance factories for the years 1979–80 to 1983–84 using the same categories as in note 5 in the Treasury's annual report on manpower reductions to the Treasury and Civil Service Committee.
