§ Mr. ButlerAs implied in the reply given by my predecessor to an earlier question on this subject (Vol. 51, Col. 127 dated on 20 December 1983, at column127, it would be inappropriate to disclose International Military Services Limited's financial commitments under the head lease for 35 Great Smith street, on grounds of commercial confidentiality, particularly while negotiations for the sale or re-letting of the property are in progress.
