§ Mr. Onslowasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if it is his intention to designate the Scotswood house under the provision of the Housing Defects Act 1984.
§ Mr. GowWe have no evidence of defects in the Scotswood house—which uses a load-bearing timber frame clad with plywood—which would justify 713W designation under section 1 of the Housing defects Act 1984. If my hon. Friend has any evidence which he would like to submit, my right hon. Friend will of course consider it.
