§ Mr. David HuntMany miners who chose to take the excellent voluntary redundancy terms available are older men who wish to retire immediately. Others, of course, wish to look for new work, and it was to help them that the new company NCB (Enterprise) Ltd. was set up. NCB (Enterprise) Ltd. supports and initiates job creation efforts in coal industry areas affected by closures and where unemployment is substantial.
