§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether the London Docklands 704W Development Corporation has reviewed dental services in docklands; and what action the London Docklands Development Corporation proposes to take to improve these services and provide suitable accommodation for dentists.
§ Sir George YoungThe provision of dental services in docklands is not the responsibility of the LDDC. The corporation is however willing to consider giving financial assistance to projects which make a contribution to the regeneration of the area. The corporation provided £53,000 for the puhchase of dental equipment by the Tower Hamlets district health authority.
