§ 15. Mr. Nicholas Bakerasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will bring forward proposals to encourage and assist farmers to continue conservation of the rural environment.
§ Mr. JoplingMy Department already plays a major role in encouraging good farming practices which are beneficial to the rural environment. I attach great importance to this.
