asked the Secretary of State for Transport when a decision is to be announced on the proposed M11 link road.

I hope it will be possible to announce a decision in the spring.

asked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will publish the recommendations of the inspector on the inquiry into the proposed M11 link road.

The inspector's report will be made available in accordance with the Highways (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 1976 at the time the decision is announced.
