§ Mr. Peter ReesI have written to the Royal Institute of British Architects explaining that my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment is prepared to meet the Group of Eight to discuss their particular concerns about the local authority capital controls system. If a meeting is arranged, I shall hope to attend it.
