§ Mr. Chris PattenI am advised by the chairman of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive that proposals will be announced as soon as possible on an estate-by-estate basis, following consultations with tenant groups; the first of a series of proposals will be considered by the board of the executive within the next few weeks. Of the types of prefabricated reinforced concrete house examined by the Building Research Establishment, only Orlits are found in Northern Ireland.
