§ Mr. Deakinsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment, in the urban programme for 1985–86, what priority he intends to give to the provision of a community centre for the Afro-Caribbean community in Waltham Forest.
§ Sir George YoungAn application has been received and is being considered for grant-aid under urban programme circular 25 together with the bids from other local authorities. It is hoped that the results will be notified to boroughs early next year.
