§ Mr. Butcher[pursuant to the reply, 22 November 1984, c. 223]: The offer for sale of shares in British Telecom is principally a United Kingdom offering. It was not considered necessary for the success of the offering for shares to be offered for sale in Paris or Frankfurt.
