HC Deb 21 November 1984 vol 68 c177W
Mr. John David Taylor

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what is the number of warrants for extradition, in connection with terrorist offences, which have been issued to the authorities in the Republic of Ireland by police forces in Great Britain for which the person named therein has not yet been extradited.

Mr. Mellor

Nine warrants naming one individual remain unexecuted by the authorities in the Republic of Ireland in respect of offences of a terrorist nature committed in England and Wales. Extradition from the Republic to Scotland is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland.
