§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) if he will indicate in relation to each of the provisions in the Finance Acts referred to in his answer of 15 November, Official Report, column 352, whether (a) he is satisfied with the effects of the measures and (b) he intends to take further steps in the areas concerned; and if he will make a statement;
