Member for Manchester, Gorton (Mr. Kaufman) drawing his attention to the concern expressed by the Equal Opportunities Commission about the new regulations. I understand that the Commission has already made known its views to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Employment, who has responsibility for the community programme and for the employment provisions of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975.
