Mr. Ancram

The inquiry by commissioners will be held in the Lothian regional council chamber, Parliament square, Edinburgh, and will open at 11 am on Thursday 22 November 1984. Those bodies which objected to the proposed order in the manner, and within the time, prescribed in general orders made under the Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act 1936, will be heard by the commissioners. No other bodies are entitled to be heard although the commissioners do have a discretion to hear them.
