§ Mr. Wyn RobertsBetween May 1979 and 30 June 1984, Welsh local authorities, the Cwmbran Development Corporation and Mid-Wales Development sold 36,038 dwellings under the right-to-buy provisions and 4,466 under voluntary provisions. In addition, we estimate that 800 properties have been sold by housing associations under the right-to-buy or through voluntary or co-ownership arrangements.
