§ 61. Dr. McDonaldasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if the 1984 ad hoc British rebate agreed at Fontainebleau is included in the draft 1985 Community budget.
§ Mr. RifkindNo. It was confirmed at the Foreign Affairs Council on 2 and 3 October that our 1984 rebate should be made on the revenue side by abatement of our VAT contribution, as agreed at Fontainebleau.
