§ Mr. Marlowasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer to set out the detailed conditions necessary to satisfy the financial mechanisms required by the Government arising from the Fontainebleau agreement.
§ Mr. Ian Stewart[pursuant to his reply, 12 November 1984, c. 90]: The Fontainebleau arrangements are still under discussion within the Community, but the Government will lay the relevant documents before the House when these negotiations are completed.
