§ Mr. Humeasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (1) if he will make a statement on the policy of Her Majesty's Government towards the United Nations law of the sea outlining those sections with which Her Majesty's Government (a) agree and (b) disagree, and the reasons for their assessment;
(2) if it is Her Majesty's Government's intention to sign and ratify the United Nations law of the sea convention.
