§ Mr. RaisonI visited Barbados, Grenada, Jamaica and Belize between 14 and 24 October 1984, to see something of Britain's aid programme in operation; to discuss development matters with local Ministers and officials; and to review our programmes with the British high commissions and ODA's development division in Barbados. While in Jamaica I signed a loan agreement for £2.5 million, to be spent on British machinery and equipment.
