§ Mr. StanleyI assume the hon. Gentleman is referring to the current tour organised by the so-called "Nuclear Free Zone Local Authorities" and "Scientists Against Nuclear Arms". My right hon. Friend has received the same invitation to a briefing session on the nuclear winter hypothesis as that believed to have been sent to right hon. and hon. Members generally. The Department is following this aspect of the nuclear debate and attendance is considered unnecessary.
