asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether Saleh Ibraham Mabruk, Abdul Ghadir Baghdadi, Matuq Mohd Matuq, Sarni Saleh Lataief and Abdul Al Razzaq took advantage of the opportunity to make representations to the panel of advisers referred to in paragraph 150 of the statement of changes in the Immigration Rules HC 169.
