§ Mr. Kenneth BakerThe Government have received reports on skill shortages from many sources. Training matters are the responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Employment. However, I myself have established a special group to consider the skill shortages in the IT industry with a remit to report back before the end of the summer.
