§ Mr. Kenneth BakerAll prosecutions for illegal broadcasting in 1983 and so far this year have been successful. Enforcement provisions, however, have recently been strengthened by the new seizure powers which will come into effect shortly under the Telecommunications Act 1984 and the recent increase in the maximum fine available to the courts.
