§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe provisional information we have is that, against a combined revenue and capital allocation in 1983–84 of £676 million, Yorkshire region underspent by £4 million. Information on individual districts' outturn is not collected centrally before the final accounts for the year are submitted in the summer.
