- Falmouth Civic Society
- Falmouth Container Terminal Action Group
- Mersey Docks and Harbour Company
- Port of Bristol Authority
- Restronguet Creek Society
- Transport and General Workers Union
A number of other bodies have expressed concern over the hydrological aspects and urged the need for a study of these before the development takes place.
