§ Mr. MacGregorWe attach great importance to the need for the arrangements to be applied properly throughout the Community. National measures are subject to investigation by the Commission and scrutiny by their auditors. We have made our concern quite clear to the Agriculture Commissioner and will continue to insist that these powers are used effectively.
