Our officials hope very soon to be in a position to approve the accommodation schedule for this scheme; it will then be for the providing authority, Stockport metropolitan borough council, to submit sketch plans and cost estimates. Every effort will be made within existing staff resources to help the authority to meet its projected 1985–86 building start date.
