HC Deb 16 May 1984 vol 60 c170W
39. Sir Hector Monro

asked the Solicitor-General for Scotland if he is satisfied with the evidence provided by police and radar speed guns in Scotland.

The Solicitor-General for Scotland

Provided the usual checks are carried out by police officers, and the equipment is operated properly, I am not aware of any general difficulty being experienced in relation to the evidence in these type of cases.
