§ Mr. YoungerI last met leaders of the Confederation of British Industry in Scotland on 12 March when I attended a seminar arranged by the CBI on industrial energy cost saving. Prior to that I met the chairman and director on 20 January to discuss CBI Scotland's Budget representations.
