§ Mr. Nicholas Wintertonasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will consider introducing a scheme of assistance for British dairy farmers similar to the one currently being introduced by the Federal Republic of Germany.
§ Mr. JoplingIn England and Wales special cases will be assisted from a reserve quota which has been established by setting aside 2½per cent. of the England and 421W Wales share of the United Kingdom quota. Additional quota could be made available by the reallocation of unused quota. We shall be considering with the various interests what provision for quota reallocations would be suitable in our circumstances.
