§ Mr. Bodyasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1) whether he will give details of the cases where grant-aid has been paid to owners or occupiers of land in national parks to carry our activities recognised by national park authorities as damaging to the special interest of the site since 1970 by listing the name of the site, the amount of grant-aid, the nature of the damaging operation and the amount of land affected;
(2)whether he will give details of the cases where grant-aid has been paid to owners or occupiers of sites of special scientific interest to carry out activities recognised by the Nature Conservancy Council as damaging to the special interest of the site since 1970 by listing the name of the site, the amount of grant-aid paid, the nature of the damaging operation and the amount of land affected.
§ Mrs. FennerIt is a long standing Ministry policy not to give details of individual capital grant cases unless the farmer concerned consents. I regret, therefore, that I cannot add to the reply I gave my hon. Friend yesterday.
