§ Mr.Bodyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether any farmers or landowners on Halvergate marshes have agreed to receive payments of compensation under the Wildlife and Countryside Act to retain their land for marsh grazing.
§ Mr.WaldegraveThe Nature Conservancy Council has an agreement with one landowner in the Halvergate area and three landowners in that area have indicated their willingness to make agreements with the Broads Authority.
