§ Mr. RaisonThere are many pressures on our aid budget. It is Government policy to devote an increased 301W percentage of its funds to bilateral programmes including Southern Africa and accordingly we have not contributed to the United Nations Trust Fund since 1979. We have no plans to reconsider this decision.
