§ Sir George YoungThe local authority race relations information exchange will consist of an information bank through which local authorities will be able to gain access to material showing how other authorities have addressed race relations and racial disadvantage issues. The cost of LARRIE in its first year of operation is expected to be £47,000, to which my Department will contribute £10,000.
