§ Mr. MacGregorThe price of feed is, of course, affected by a wide range of factors. But as one of these, the agreement reached by the Council of Ministers on 30 and 31 March, which my right hon. Friend reported to the House on 2 April, is likely in itself to have a small downward effect on grain prices.
