§ Mr. Chris PattenDuring the financial year 1984–85 the Northern Ireland Housing Executive plans to complete 3,200 new dwellings. It also expects to sell some 5,500 dwellings to sitting tenants during the same period. Detailed estimates for the years beyond 1984–85 are not available in the form requested. New starts will be kept under review in light of estimates of demand and every effort will be made to maintain the sales effort to sitting tenants.
