§ Mr. Harrisasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what is the reason for the delays in paying European agricultural guidance and guarantee fund grants on fishing boats; and if he will make representations to the European Commission to end the delays.
§ Mr. MacGregorI understand that the delay was caused by administrative problems within the Commission following changes in internal organisation. Representations have been made to the Commission and hopefully payments will now be resumed.
