§ Sir George YoungYes. It is intended that the scheme of assistance for eligible private owners of defective dwellings originating in the public sector, which my hon. Friend the Minister for Housing and Construction, announced on 10 November 1983, at column 422, should apply to second and subsequent purchasers of such dwellings.
