§ Mr. Hirstasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is satisfied that major monitoring is being carried out timeously for the mode A schemes of the youth training scheme within the area covered by the four local offices of the Manpower Services Commission in Strathclyde.
§ Mr. Allan StewartA programme of monitoring visits is prepared by the Manpower Services Commission and agreed with the scheme sponsor when each scheme is approved. The Manpower Services Commission is satisfied that visits to mode A schemes in the areas covered by the four training division area offices in Strathclyde are being conducted timeously in line with the programme.
