§ Mr. WaldegraveNo. Full-time equivalent figures are not collected from individual local authorities in the joint manpower watch surveys. However, these figures can be obtained from Wirral metropolitan authority's locally published quarterly manpower statement which should be available for inspection at its principal offices and libraries.
