§ Mr. Higginsasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will place in the Library full details of the present arrangements for payment of motoring costs incurred by officers in the armed forces, the basis on which these are calculated, the criteria on which cars are provided and the circumstances in which drivers are made available.
