§ The Prime MinisterThe following table shows the annual increases in consumers' expenditure measured at constant 1980 prices in the years 1981 to 1983.
Percentage increase over previous year per cent. 1981 0.2 1982 1.3 1983 3.9 Comparable figures for the saving ratio will be published in a press notice to be released by the Central 102W Statistical Office on 29 March 1984 and are not available until then. Changes in real consumers' expenditure, however, cannot be directly analysed in terms of changes in this ratio.
