§ Dr. BoysonThis Department does not make arrangements for placing people in bed and breakfast accommodation. Responsibility for housing homeless people rests with local authorities. If an authority arranges for a person to take bed and breakfast accommodation, he or she will be eligible for supplementary benefit as a boarder, in the same way as anyone who has found board and lodging accommodation for himself.
