§ Mr. AncramIt is estimated that 3,800 dwellings will be completed by public housing authorities in Scotland in the year 1984–85, and that some 17,000 to 18,000 will be sold under the right-to-buy legislation over the same period. Figures for acquisitions and forecasts for subsequent years are not available.
