§ Mr. Chris PattenThe chairman of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive has informed me that at present there are four cases; all in Belfast, where the presence of social clubs could be said to be a contributory factor in544W delaying the start of new housing developments; the delays have also been due to difficulties in re-housing existing tenants in suitable alternative accommodation.
